Kris learned the facts of life as well as the
“facts of real estate”
from her Mother who still works in real estate today in Atlanta. So it was natural for Kris to get her license and follow
in her
Mother’s footsteps.
Kris and her husband Charlie moved to Mercer Island in 1980 and raised their two children, Jennifer and Chad. Charlie works at Boeing and is a Retired Colonel in the National Guard. After graduating from Mercer Island High School, Jenn completed her degree at the University of Washington and Chad completed his at Washington State University. Jenn
is currently working in Marketing in New York and Chad is a Commercial Airline
Pilot. Kris knows the community and the school system first hand and has enjoyed being a part of it. Having been a part of the Mercer Island community for over 26 years gives Kris a strong advantage to assist in your decision about Mercer Island. She knows the area very well and has been involved in a large number of the sales. In fact, for the last ten years her sales total is over $327,000,000! Cherry lived and worked in Real Estate on Mercer Island for twelve years, also specializing the in marketing and sale of luxury homes. Due to a boating accident Cherry was unable to work for several years. Back after many surgeries she is alive again and happy to join Kris. Prior to Real Estate, Cherry worked in Corporate Retail Department Stores, (Federated Dept Stores
