It starts with knowing what
you all have been asking for. "Distinctive Quality Homes Elegantly designed
for the Future", techno smart, high-end appliances and enough rooms to enjoy
your lifestyles.
So we know what you want
and it takes a certain piece of land to do that. Kris Robbs and Sam
Ardekani along with his partner Mark Yazdani find properties that will fit
the bill. Next comes the study for the development of the land, being sure
that it will meet the needs to build you a wonderful new luxury home.
Then, Jeffrey deRoulet, an
award winning northwest architect sets out to design a home just for that
lot. Not just any plan will do, after his first interpretation, Kris,
Cherry, Sam, Mark and Diane look it over thoroughly and then send it back to
the architect to make improvements we think should be included. Not
until the team agrees that we now have the best plan for the lot, sam
applies for permits. Once the property is permitted, the work begins.
As with most construction,
things can change as the house is being built, which is why we always let
you know up front, the plans are subject to change by the builder when we
pass along a set of drawings for you to see. As the home is being
built, we may find out that certain windows are not necessary or that a view
is being missed and we add a window. Just the way to building a better
luxury home for our clients.
When you buy a Presale from
Mercerwood Homes LLC, you can make some changes to whatever is not already
completed or ordered by the builder; so it really pays to get in on the
house as a Presale. You can customize to y our needs. Written Change
orders signed by both Builder and Buyer will assure you get the changes that
you really want to get!

Sam Ardekani - Sam has been involved in residential
construction and development since 1982. In 1996, he joined Aspen
Homes of Mercer Island as their project manager. In October 2004, Sam
joined his partner and long time friend Mark Yazdani and together they
started Mercerwood Homes LLC. Sam has extensive experience in new
construction, development of waterfront and view homes, including complete
remodels. He has many happy clients on Mercer Island who have really
enjoyed working with him. |

Mark Yazdani - Mark has extensive experience financing
and developing luxury homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been
actively engaged in the real estate business there for nearly thirty years.
Mark brings together his expertise in real estate and finance with Sam's
expertise in construction to build distinctive quality residences for
Mercerwood Homes clients. |

Jeffrey deRoulet - Jeffrey founded Architects
Northwest in 1989, winning dozens of local and national awards. He has
designed and won awards for Street of Dreams homes locally. Architects
Northwest believes every home should be attractive and economical.

Cherry Summers - Cherry is the Office/Marketing
Manager for Kris Robbs. Cherry's father was an award winning builder
in Fort Worth, TX and she has first hand knowledge and experience about the
