Thank you for all you have done to sell our home on Mercer Island.  You have been patient and persistent with us and the buyers.  In looking back on our sojourn on Mercer Island, we remember how you helped us find our house in the first place.  In spite of many challenges, you steered the deal to the destination.  In this recent deal you did more than half of your share of the work.  We applaud your generosity of spirit, as well as your professionalism and competence.
